Wedding / Special Events Venue

We rent our venue barn for weddings and other special events during the months of June-October.

Events are held in our newly built post and beam style barn, complete with prep kitchen, separate buffet/bar area, and handicap-accessible bathrooms.  We host weddings, anniversary celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, reunions, and more.

Your guests will enjoy a peaceful ceremony, while seated next to rows of blueberry bushes and a beautiful  1/4 acre, spring-fed pond.

PRICE

Price for the 2025 season is $4,600, with an optional upgraded package for $4,800.

For pricing for other events such as bridal showers, anniversary parties, etc. please contact us directly.

The maximum capacity is 160 guests seated at tables.

Rental fees include tables, chairs, linens, seating for the ceremony location, weekend access to the events building, use of the grounds, and building decor.  There are also two getting-ready areas for the couples on the day of the wedding.  “Day of organizing” is also included in the base fee.

HOURS

Weddings with receptions to follow, typically start at 4 pm (depending on the time of year) and finish as late as 11 pm.  Rental hours for other events vary.  Wedding rentals include access to the barn from noon on Friday- Sunday AM.
