Wedding / Special Events Venue

Sites Farm Rents its venue barn out for weddings and other special events during the months of June-October.

Events are held in our newly built post and beam style barn, complete with prep kitchen and handicap accessible bathrooms.  We host weddings, anniversary celebrations, company picnics, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, reunions, and more.

Your guests will enjoy a special ceremony, while seated next to our blueberry patch and beautiful  1/4 acre, spring-fed pond.

PRICE

Price for upcoming wedding seasons-  2024 season is $4,200,  2025 is $4,800.

For pricing for other events such as bridal showers, anniversary parties, etc.  please contact us directly.

Max capacity is 160 guests seated at tables.

Rental fee includes: tables, chairs, linens, seating for ceremony location, use of the events building, tents for the ceremony area during inclement weather, and use of the grounds.  There is also a suite and bathroom that is available for the client/ bridal party  on the day of the event.  

HOURS

Weddings with receptions following typically start at 4 pm (depending on the time of year) and finish as late as 11pm.  Rental hours for other events vary.  Wedding rentals include access to the barn from noon on Friday- Sunday AM.
