Wedding / Special Events Venue
Sites Farm can now be rented out for Weddings and other special events. We have a new 90′ x 30′ post and beam style barn that is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, company picnics, birthdays, family reunions, and more. We hold most of our wedding ceremonies next to our beautiful pond. There are also many picturesque spots for photos and memorable moments.
VENUE RENTAL INFORMATION:
The fee for renting the building and surrounding site varies depending on the number of guests. For 2019 season:
For parties under 100 guests, the price is $2400
For every 10 guests after that, the additional fee is $100.
Example: 120 guests is $ 2,600
140 guests is $ 2,800
160 guests (Our MAX Capacity for weddings) is $ 3,000
Rental fee includes: tables, chairs, linens, seating for ceremony location, use of the events building, tent for ceremony area during inclement weather, and use of the grounds. There is also a suite and bathroom that is available for the bride prior to the event.
Weddings with receptions following can last up to 8 hours and start as early as 10am (depending on the time of year) and finish as late as 11pm. Renters may have access to the facility at least 24 hours prior to the event and may finish clean up the day following the event. Sites Farm only hosts one event per weekend, this means renters have ample time to decorate, enjoy the festivities, and have hassle free clean up the following day.
