Wedding / Special Events Venue
Sites Farm can now be rented out for Weddings and other special events. We have a new 30 x 30 post and beam style barn that is perfect for small weddings, anniversaries, company picnics, birthdays, family reunions, and more. We also have a location adjacent to the events building that can easily accommodate tents for larger weddings or events. We have many picturesque locations for ceremony sites and plenty of easily accessible parking.
VENUE RENTAL INFORMATION:
The fee for renting the building and surrounding site is $550.
If Sites Farms arranges all the rentals such as: tent, tables, chairs, and linens, then the fee is $700 plus the cost of the rentals.
Rentals fees will be according to cost, which is dependent on particular styles and number of guests. Typical rental costs for tent, tables, chairs and linens for 100 guests is approx. $1900.
Weddings and receptions can last up to 8 hours and start as early as 10am and finish as late as 11pm.
